Fleur Butler
CWO National Chairman
Fleur's background was in management consultant for the charity sector, before going into politics and becoming Leader of Richmond District Council. She was the only female at that time of any party to sit on the Yorkshire Regional Leader’s Board before being selected to stand as an MEP in 2009. She was a member of the Council of Europe and part of the election monitoring teams in Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia. She still trains women in politics in countries as diverse as Indonesia and Moldova, to Mexico and The Balkans. She has also written for the Independent and Conservative Home

Seema Kumar
Treasurer
Seema Kumar was born in Kenya, read psychology and ran a successful travel business until she got married.Seema is a highly active and voluntary professional charity supporter with a 31- year history and speaks Urdu, Punjabi, Swahili, basic Russian, German, and a little Gujarati. She was the first female Asian Conservative councillor to be elected in the London Borough of Ealing. Seema was also Deputy Mayor of Ealing borough in 2008/9. She is chairman of Ealing Acton Conservative Association’s patron’s club, which is running successfully in its eighth year. Seema has promoted Ealing Art Group, allowing local artists to exhibit their work in prime locations for display and sales.

Eve Burt MBE
CWO Deputy National Chairman
Eve has held roles with the Party and CWO including Ward chairman, Young Conservative chairman and Area Officer, Deputy National Chairman CWO, Parliamentary liaison, CWO, Campaign manager for NE Bedfordshire, and trainer for CWO Development.

Gonul Daniels
CWO Deputy National Chairman
Gonul was elected London Regional Chairman in 2018 and National Deputy Chairman in 2019. A background in Technology working for world class organisations, including The Bank of England and UK Parliament. Married to Jon, they have young twins. In 2013 Gonul led a campaign for increased primary school places and in 2018 became founder and Chair of Governors at a new Primary School, rated Outstanding by Ofsted. Gonul stood as a candidate in the 2019 General Election and is Chairman of CWO London.

Rushi Millns
CWO Deputy National Chairman & CWO Digital
Rushi is an IT professional turned teacher. She enjoyed a successful career in the IT industry, working nationally and internationally, before retraining as a teacher. Rushi is Director of Careers & Outreach and heads up Computing at a senior school. Rushi stood as a parliamentary candidate in the 2019 General Election. She is Deputy Chairman Political of the Windsor Conservatives Association and Policy Ambassador for the Conservative Education Society.

Julie Iles
CWO President
Julie was Regional Chairman for CWO Southern for two years before being elected as National Deputy Chairman at the AGM in March 2014. She is also the Hon President of CWO Southern. Julie was elected National Chairman of the CWO at the AGM in 2016 and elected President in 2019. She became a Surrey County Councillor for The Horsleys Division in May 2017.
